- HOME STUDY ADDENDUM: $ 300
- (Job change, residence change, change in number of children seeking to adopt or switch to SN adoption; Family is responsible for all travel expenses if another home visit is required)
- POST-PLACEMENT REPORT: $ 300
- (Family is responsible for all travel expenses)
- POST-ADOPTION DEPOSIT: $ 500
- (This fee is totally refundable once all approved post-placement reports have been received in the AdoptTLC office)
- TRAVEL EXPENSES - $1.50 per mile one way + hotel room if travel is over 100 miles one way
